Welcome to New Slot Car Modellers.

I have produced this website to aid newcomers to the hobby of slot car modelling and racing. 

I started off with a small Scalextric box set which came with a small oval rack track. I immediately started buying extra sets of track along with RMS (Race Management System) computer interface. I now have quite an extension of track which allows me to create a large variety of race courses including a jump ramp section.

Although my layouts are not fixed I have gained a lot of scenery modelling experience from building model railways. In the near future I plan to build a fixed layout with full scenery including tunnels, grand stands, gravel traps etc.

This website is updated as I gain more experience, and shows the latest release information from Scalextric.
